Congrats to Susan Rowley on her hung jury/mistrial in the 137th District Court. Susan’s client was charged with three counts of injury to a child. The issue was whether the corporal punishment meted out by the Citizen Accused was reasonable (from what I could tell). Jury was out for about 8 hours. Great job, Susan!
