Across the hall in CCL#2, Chuck Lanehart’s client walked on two MPAG’s alleging he violated his theft probations by burglarizing a home. Judge Farmer found the State had not proved the allegation: the client had a good alibi for the time of the burglary, and a defense witness supported his explanation that he pawned items taken in the burglary at the request of a friend who said he had lost his ID. We shall see what happens on the underlying burglary case. Good job, Chuck!
